Yesterday morning and at about 10.00 am on the premises of Cbtis 170, of this city was given the course of handling hazardous substances, over 50 participants from various emergency-care institutions, the event was participation of the municipal council alderman from Tonala, Jesus Pena and Jose Dimas Estrada Cisneros, representing the Municipal Institute of Civil Protection.
The workshop was conducted in coordination with the Wisconsin Fire and San Cristobal de las Casas, who gave the issue of handling hazardous materials in an emergency, attended Tapachula Fire, Red Cross, Municipal Police, Emergency Care System 066, Protection Civil, among others.
Wisconsin Firefighters have worked closely to support the firefighters of San Cristobal de las Casas, more than 10 years, they have managed units for the Fire Department of that city. And likewise intended to support the firefighters of Tonala.
The current personal assistant thanked the presenters for the support given to this workshop will undoubtedly be of vital importance for the activity carried out daily in the activity of emergency services where they face dangerous substances and the proper management This can mean the difference between life and death of personnel attending such emergencies.
At the same workshop was conducted in healthy living activities among all participating institutions, coordinated to work if necessary, that is very common in most emergency situations the groups are not overwhelmed by lack of communication mainly.
